You should be hydrated during your flight. This is because, inside a flight cabin, you will find the driest place ever. Therefore keep some water with every opportunity you get. Stay Awake

Caffeine
You should drink caffeine during the day. Do not overdo your caffeine tolerance. Therefore, do not go nuts with this. If your head is fuzzy, get some coffee or cola and you are guaranteed some boost.
